The true story of the hunt for the brutal murderer of Deaf School Teacher Roseanne Quinn in New York in 1973. In the days before DNA, the only clue the Police found was a cartoon drawing of Popeye the sailor found at the crime scene. From this, they tracked down the bar artist who had drawn the picture and given it as a joke to a gay couple in the bar. The artist was able to create two more drawings from memory of the gay couple, one middle-aged, the other a young man. After circulating the drawings around New York. The older man was identified.
Although the producers disclaim it. This movie is the sequel to the Diane Keaton movie “Looking for Mr Goodbar”
