A TRUE STORY

Realising a lifelong dream, Dr. Kathy Holland (Veronica Hamel) opens a paediatric clinic in a small Texas town. However, things start to go horribly wrong when a young patient dies after a routine examination. As more mysterious deaths are uncovered in the clinic, local prosecutor Ron Sutton is convinced he has a brutal murderer on his hands. Nevertheless, Kathy battles furiously against the overwhelming evidence. Is Kathy Holland a good doctor who has been wrongly accused, or a psychotic murderer without a conscience?
