Quentin Tarantino is Johnny Destiny, a mystery man with nothing up his sleeve but a readiness to gamble with everybody’s lives. Rolling with Destiny’s dice are Dylan McDermott as Julian, a con who just busted out of prison, looking for his hot cash and his red-hot woman; Nancy Travis as Lucille, a lounge singer and JuIian’s ex who plans on staying that way; James LeGros as Harry, Julian’s superstitious partner who believes in fate, in the form of a guy called Johnny; and James Belushi as Tuerto, a hot-shot Vegas casino owner who made Lucille. . .and can break her. They all share one thing in common: They’re in the hands of Destiny. And when Destiny places a bet, you’d better roll with his dice, or they’ll roll right over you.
